Ozan Çakıtlı
Ozan Çakıtlı is the Managing Director and founder of ‘The Zem’. He has over 24 years of experience in the Turkish market. He worked in three different industries in his career, which are Education, Renewable Energy and Maintenance Industries.
Each time he started to work in a new industry he took start-up companies or market entering companies and made them top market share holders in the Turkish market.
He has a BS on Mechanical Engineering (YTÜ, one of the top universities in Turkey), master’s degree in mathematics and recently received his degree in Sociology.
He had full P&L responsibilities in his previous experiences with high success in the industry. He is one of the key persons in Turkey in Reliability Centered Maintenance Technologies.
Şahin Kuyucu
Şahin Kuyucu is a Navy veteran who has deep knowledge on Ship and Marine Industry. After his retirement he took responsibilities in several textile companies and established denim production facilities.
After forming three denim facilities and managing the facilities for several years he worked in Renewable Energy and Power Industry.
He has more than 10 years of experience in Solar and Power Industry and installed and operated several Cogeneration and Trigeneration power stations, working with Jenbacher /GE units.
Kağan CAKITLI
Kagan CAKITLI is the youngest member of the team.
Based in United States, Kagan is studying Business Administration and Management at the University of Colorado at Boulder, with additional courses taken from other Universities such as Seton Hall University.
Kagan focuses on operational and financial management as well as industrial analysis.
Aslıhan Özerkmen
Aslıhan has worked over 17 years in Educational Institutions and has managed Sales teams and Customer Relations departments.
Her experience in B2C sales will be extremely helpful for our clients who need information about their customer purchasing journey.
She can also provide sales training for educational services and related fields.
