We offer accredited training according to ISO 18436 standards and certification exams for engineers, technicians, managers, occupational and environmental safety personnel, and laboratory workers in industrial facilities. We also provide additional training aimed at increasing personnel competency.

First, you can request a quote for the training you're interested in. After approving the quote, you'll be registered in our Learning Management System (LMS) depending on the chosen course. For ISO 18436 courses, you can access the training material online and start watching videos as soon as your platform registration is complete.
For ISO 18436 courses, you can access the platform until 4 months after the training date. For other courses, access depends on the specific course selected.
To pass the ISO 18436 certification exams, you need to achieve a minimum score of 70%. Additionally, you must meet the experience requirements for the specific certification level. If your experience is insufficient, your certificate will indicate that the experience duration is not yet approved.
Yes, eye examinations are required for Thermography training, and hearing tests are necessary for Ultrasonic training. However, these requirements usually don't prevent you from obtaining the certificate and may be requested by the employer if deemed necessary.
For public in-class or public virtual training, you can register up to 1 week before the course start date. For company-specific training, there's no strict deadline, but planning is typically done up to 1 week before the training date, depending on the availability of the trainer and your employees.
We can conduct training at Zem Academy training halls, at your company's facilities, or at a hotel or similar location of your choice.
All our training courses include printed training books and/or presentations. These materials are not shared in digital format.
ISO certification exams are usually held on the afternoon of the last day of training. If you don't pass, you can retake the exam after paying the exam fee, but you must wait at least one month before retaking it.
Training materials are available in various languages, with English being the primary language. However, not all materials are available in every language. Please specify your language needs in advance. The same applies to exam languages.
